Before joining MEI, Shannon was the Radiology Account Manager for GE Healthcare where she managed 85 hospital accounts within Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging.
Shannon has also served as the Senior Account Manager and Director of Customer Relationship Management at SPM Marketing and Communications. In this capacity, she developed strategic branding and marketing communications plans for community hospitals, health systems and academic medical centers across the country.
Shannon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a minor in French from the University of Kansas.
