Samuel Moti was a medical imaging equipment salesman and service provider in Northern Ohio and Michigan.
In 1969, Sam established City X-Ray, and later changed the company name to The MEI Healthcare Group, continuing his focus on the sale and service of medical imaging equipment. Since then, the company has expanded into all areas of healthcare consulting and project development and is now the parent company of MEI Development Corporation, MEI Healthcare Capital, MEI Informatics and MEI Healthcare International.
